Policies

Booking & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at booking.

• Remaining balance is due on the rental day.

• Additional time added on-site is billed and due at the end of your rental.

Rental Time

• Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time, even if you or your team arrive late.

• Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must be completed within your booked time.

• Please book enough time to avoid overtime fees.

Cleaning & After-Hours Fees

• $75 minimum cleaning fee for excessively dirty studios, large groups, or productions over 15 people.

• After 8:00 PM: rentals are billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.

Guidelines

General Use

• No smoking inside the studio.

• Smoke effects require prior approval.

• Keep music at reasonable levels.

• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted.

• No pets without prior consent.

Materials Requiring Approval

Confetti, feathers, glitter, food products, haircuts, body paint, or other hard-to-clean items must be approved before your rental.

• $75 minimum cleaning fee applies; additional charges may be added based on studio condition at wrap.

Capacity

• Up to 8 people in your rental party.

• 15 people maximum in the studio at one time.

• At B1: $5 per additional person beyond the limit.

• White seamless full sweep: $25

• Color seamless install: $35 (subject to availability)

• Special-order colors: $99 (7-day notice)

Cyclorama (Infinity Wall)

• $30 mandatory cleaning fee for use.

• Wall is provided as-is.

• Fresh paint is available for an additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before rental: refund minus 3% cancellation fee

• Less than 48 hours before rental: non-refundable

Rescheduling

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% reschedule fee
